As our ministry grows we are tracking the total number of chickens (and turkeys) that we barbecue on our grill.  The more chickens grilled, the less hunger in our community.

Bethesda Center for the Homeless Winston-Salem

On April 16, 2011 we served 144 plates at Bethesda Center for the Homeless. We stuck it out through some strong winds and periods of heavy rain. Thankfully we were allowed to serve inside the homeless shelter which kept us out of the rain while serving. We partnered with Delivering Equal Access to Care for this event. They provided medical screenings to the residents.
